Wayne Gretzky Game Used Stick 1984 Canada Cup

You will find this stick on the "want" lists of most Wayne Gretzky equipment collectors. This special edition Titan was produced for Wayne to use in the 1984 Canada Cup. Blue "Canada Cup" graphics and the Canada Cup '84 logos decorate both sides of the shaft. The knob is wrapped in discolored white over the oily black "bulldog" style tape and the blade is covered in Gretzky's distinctive baby powdered "bulldog" tape. A penciled "WG-CAN" can be found on the heel along with the date stamp "Sep 7 1984" and "W. GRETZKY" is factory stamped on the shaft with "99" in red marker below. Wayne has inscribed above the blade "To Rick, Best Regards, Wayne Gretzky, 99" in ballpoint. This one shows obvious game use with no cracking or damage and it displays a perfect tape job.
